The ideal candidate will be the professional "voice" of our company, building rapport and driving sales or customer support objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound & Inbound Calls
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound customer inquiries regarding our products and services.
Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads.
- Qualify and prioritize leads to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase company offerings.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-6 months of customer service executive and sales.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
